Shipping and Returns

All orders ship 2-5 business days after receipt of order. Products ship for free all over the Unites States. Moisture Fields does not currently ship internationally.

• Packages returned as “Refused” or “Undeliverable” are not eligible for a shipping refund.

• Re-shipping is subject to additional shipping charges.

Due to the nature of our products returns are not accepted. However, in cases of lost, damaged, or stolen packages, we offer free replacements upon review and confirmation. Moisture Fields does not offer refunds for orders that have been processed and shipped.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery in order for us to be able to assist you. Photos of the damaged contents, inside and outside of packaging must be provided.

To initiate a return or to notify of lost items click on "Contact Us" fill out form completely and include the reason for return, item(s) you wish to return and your order number. You will be notified within 5 business days of next steps.

• ​Returns made without following these steps will not be processed. 

• All merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all hangtags, stickers, and bindings intact.

• Once returns are received and sorted, please allow up to 7 business days for replacement to be shipped.

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Modifications are permitted before the order enters processing for shipping. Fill out the Contact Us form to cancel order.

 

No cancellations or modifications can be made to any order during any sale period.
